What it does
The SPICE Toolkit from JPL’s Navigation and Ancillary Information Facility provides APIs, libraries, utilities, and technical references for computing observation geometry from SPICE kernels. NAIF distributes it freely under specific rules and does not classify it as a conventional community open-source project.
