What it does
COSMOS Core is OpenC3’s single-user command-and-control environment for hardware interfaces, telemetry, commanding, logging, script execution, dashboards, and plugins. Its custom Builder’s License permits commercial use but restricts commercial hosting and distribution, so OffWorldly classifies it as Free and Source Available rather than conventional OSI open source.
